Mizore nabe

Mizore means snow drizzle in Japanese, hence Mizore-nabe is a hotpot with grated daikon radish that looks like drizzle.
Its such a simple and healthy thing to have when its cold outside...
The picture below shows the hotpot in pre-mizore condition.

in this case, we had chicken along with a mountain of veggies...

and NOW! Mi-zo-re!!!!
it looks just like snow!!!
 
but now that its stirred for a bit, the snowishness turns into drizzleishness...

take in small bowl and eat with ponzu!

you just feel healthy making this!!

goes well with white wine/sake....anything actually....I think I had a few beers...
