din din

I had dinner at my friend's place.
Rather than calling it dinner, I should probably call it "a feast"
started with steak, served with garlic and ponzu-daikon oroshi...


Simple, baked tofu with good soy sauce.


Miso-garlic-pork hot pot!!!!


finished hot pot with udon...


next day- left over hot pot made into Misonikomi udon with additional egg....

ahhhh oishikatta!!!!
